1. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) regulate the contractual relationship between Capilates s.r.o., registered at Na Prášilkách 521, Černá Hora 679 21, with its studio at Vodičkova 12/5, Prague 120 00, Company ID: 53536055 (“Provider”), and natural or legal persons using the pilates studio services (“Client”).
2. Scope of Services
The Provider offers individual and group pilates lessons, themed courses, workshops, and supplementary services related to movement and a healthy lifestyle. The current offer is listed on the Provider’s website.
3. Registration and Reservations
Clients can reserve lessons via the online booking system (Reservio) or in person at the studio.
A reservation is valid once confirmed by the system.
The Provider may refuse a reservation due to capacity or operational reasons.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The price list is published on the website and may change.
Payment is made online or in cash at the studio.
Lessons can be paid individually, via membership cards, or subscriptions.
5. Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson.
For later cancellations or no-shows, the lesson is forfeited without compensation.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel a lesson. Clients will be offered a replacement or a refund.
6. Studio Rules
Clients must arrive on time and wear clean sportswear.
Late arrival may result in denied entry without compensation.
Footwear is not used in the studio unless stated otherwise.
For hygiene reasons, socks are required for pilates lessons.
Clients must follow instructors’ instructions and respect others.
7. Health Condition
Clients confirm they are medically fit to participate.
Clients must report any health limitations to the instructor in advance.
The Provider is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions.
Using Reformer machines without supervision is prohibited. In case of violation, the studio and instructors are not liable for injuries.
8. Liability and Safety
The Provider is responsible for the safe technical condition of the premises and tools.
Clients are liable for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
Clients store valuables at their own risk.
The Provider is not liable for items stored in lockers.
9. Membership Cards and Subscriptions
The validity period of membership cards is specified at purchase.
Unspent lessons after the validity date expire.
Membership cards are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints
Clients may submit complaints via email or in writing.
The Provider will process complaints without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.
12. Final Provisions
The Provider may amend these Terms. The valid version is published on the website.
These Terms enter into force on 1 December 2025.
