1. Introductory Provisions
These Operating Rules (“Rules”) establish binding regulations for the use of the premises of the pilates studio operated by Capilates s.r.o., with its registered office at Na Prášilkách 521, Černá Hora 679 21, and its studio at Vodičkova 12/5, Prague 120 00, Company ID: 53536055, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno (“Operator”).
The Rules are binding for all persons entering the studio premises (“Client”). By entering the studio, the Client confirms that they have read these Rules and agree to comply with them.
The purpose of the Rules is to ensure safety, health protection, smooth operation, and hygienic conditions within the studio.
2. Opening Hours
The studio’s opening hours are determined by the Operator and published on the website and in the entrance area.
The Operator may temporarily limit or adjust the opening hours or close the studio due to maintenance, breakdowns, extraordinary events, or other operational reasons.
3. Conditions of Entry
Clients may enter the studio during opening hours and in the presence of a responsible person or instructor.
Entry is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or psychotropic substances.
Animals are not allowed in the studio, except for assistance dogs under Act No. 89/2012 Sb., the Civil Code.
Clients must follow the instructions of the Operator, instructors, and staff.
4. Clothing, Footwear, and Hygiene
Clients must wear clean sportswear suitable for pilates lessons.
Lessons are conducted without shoes; socks or grip socks are mandatory.
Clients must maintain personal hygiene and keep the premises clean.
Clients must disinfect pilates equipment and machines after use with the products provided by the studio.
Eating in the workout areas is prohibited for hygiene reasons. Drinks are allowed only in closed containers.
5. Use of Equipment and Tools
Studio equipment may only be used for its intended purpose.
Pilates equipment, including Reformer machines, may not be used without the presence of an instructor or responsible person. The studio and instructors are not liable for injuries resulting from violation of this rule.
Entry to the Reformer hall is allowed only under supervision.
Clients must handle equipment carefully and return it to its designated place after the lesson.
Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately to the instructor.
6. Health Condition and Limitations
Clients must assess their health condition before participating in a lesson.
Clients must inform the instructor of any health limitations, pregnancy, or other relevant conditions.
The Operator is not responsible for injuries caused by undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow instructions.
7. Behavior in the Studio
Clients must behave considerately, avoid disturbing lessons, and respect others.
During lessons, using mobile phones, recording audiovisual material longer than 5 minutes, or otherwise disturbing the class is prohibited.
Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
Clients arriving late may be denied entry without compensation.
8. Liability for Damage and Personal Belongings
The Operator is responsible for the safe technical condition of the premises and equipment.
Clients are liable for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
The Operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables.
Clients must secure their belongings or keep them with them.
9. Safety and Emergencies
Clients must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and fire extinguishers.
In case of emergency, clients must follow the Operator’s or instructors’ instructions immediately.
Evacuation is carried out according to the posted Evacuation Plan.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Operator processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and related legislation.

11. Violations of the Rules
The Operator may expel any Client who seriously violates these Rules.
Clients expelled for violations are not entitled to a refund.
12. Final Provisions
The Operator may amend these Rules unilaterally.

These Rules enter into force on 1 December 2025.
